The BC Housing Program Guide gives housing providers quick access to information about the housing programs they manage.
The Program Guide provides generic information about all BC Housing programs. Please note that program rules do not apply in all situations. Housing providers should refer to their operating agreements for specific provisions governing the developments they operate and manage, as well as portions of housing developments earmarked for special uses. Some housing developments have multiple programs and/or agreements, each with distinct operating rules. Other regulations or agreements — land leases, land title covenants or loan documents — can set out additional terms for developments.
