About the Project
BC Housing has partnered with South Skaha Housing Society to develop a 26 unit independent living affordable housing building for seniors. Okanagan Falls is a small community in the South Okanagan and this small but impactful project directly addresses a need for affordable seniors rental housing in the region.
The site is located in the heart of the village centre, less than a 3-minute walk to all shopping, parks, services, medical resources and public transportation.
The building is a modern independent living three storey apartment complex and includes surface parking, modest amenity space, scooter storage, elevators and welcoming landscaping design.
