Robert Milanovic (“R. Milanovic”) and Adam Mackenzie Milanovic (“A. Milanovic”), contrary to section 14(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), conducted the business of a residential builder without a valid BC Housing (“BCH”) Residential Builder Licence between the period of, or about, November 5, 2020, and October 20, 2021, regarding a new home in Okanagan Falls, BC (the “New Home”). On October 20, 2021, BCH issued Compliance Order 21-0021 to R. Milanovic and A. Milanovic directing that R. Milanovic and A. Milanovic:

  •  Immediately
    1. cease carrying on the business of a residential builder as defined in the Act; and 
    2. apply for and become a BCH Licensed Residential Builder pursuant to section 14(1) of the Act.

R. Milanovic and A. Milanovic were directed to comply with Compliance Order 21-0021 by November 5, 2021.
