Review of Window Energy Rating Procedure in Canada (Executive Summary)

An executive summary of the 2013 study on the Energy Rating (ER) which seeks to determine if ERs in their current form are still appropriate for selecting energy efficient windows and doors across Canada. The study also investigates the use of the ER as a ranking tool for doors and skylights, as well as its applicability in larger multi‐unit residential buildings.
