Review of Window Energy Rating Procedure in Canada

This 2013 study aims to determine if the Energy Rating (ER) in its current form is still appropriate for selecting energy efficient windows and doors for all areas of Canada. The study also investigates the use of the ER as a ranking tool for doors and skylights, as well as its applicability in larger multi‐unit residential buildings.
