Perdip Moore and Moore Homes

Perdip Moore (“Moore”) and Moore Homes, contrary to section 14 (5) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), published information implying and suggesting that Moore and/or Moore Homes is a licensed residential builder during the periods of July 20, 2012 and August 22, 2012, and September 19, 2012 and November 19, 2012, without being an Homeowner Protection Office (“HPO”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”). On November 19, 2012, Compliance Order 12-0046 was issued by the HPO to Moore and Moore Homes directing that they immediately cease all signage, marketing and other publications that imply, suggest or hold out in any manner that either Moore or Moore Homes is a licensed residential builder or become an HPO LRB pursuant to section 14 of the Act. Moore and Moore Homes were ordered to comply with Compliance Order 12-0046 by November 30, 2012.
