Summary Report
This research examines federally and provincially funded homeless outreach models. It looks at what makes outreach programs effective in communities of varying sizes and types, as well as identifying effective practices in homeless outreach services and how they may differ in rural/small town, urban and suburban communities. Volume 2 of this study profiles six outreach programs.
