Safe homes are apartments or townhouse units, private residential homes, or hotel/motel rooms that provide shorter-stay support and crisis intervention for women with or without children who are at risk of violence. This report summarizes the findings of a study looking at the current state of services in the Safe Home Program and how it operates.
