Building Knowledge: Housing Project Profiles - Veneto Place, Fernie

This affordable housing complex provided 45 units for low-to-moderate-income families, seniors, and people with disabilities. The project was part of a joint Seniors’ Rental Housing initiative between the governments of Canada and B.C. to create 1,000 new affordable housing units in 40 communities.
