This bulletin details a recent study that measured typical pressure losses in oval ducts and fittings used in residential construction. This new data makes it possible for B.C. builders to design duct systems for multi-storey residences more accurately – resulting in better air distribution and fewer complaints from residents about inadequately conditioned rooms.
