Carol Ann Zigler

Carol Ann Zigler (“Zigler”), contrary to sections 14(1) and 22(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), commenced, or caused to have commenced, construction on a new home in Cluculz Lake, BC (the “New Home”), between the period of, or about, January 18, 2018, and October 7, 2019, without being a BC Housing (“BCH”) Licensed Residential Builder (LRB) and without the New Home being registered for coverage by home warranty insurance (“HWI”) provided by a warranty provider. On October 7, 2019, Zigler was issued Compliance Order 19-0017 (“CO”).

Donna Simone Marie Revet (“Revet”) and Joseph William Hewitt (“Hewitt”)

Donna Simone Marie Revet (“Revet”) and Joseph William Hewitt (“Hewitt”), contrary to sections 14(1) and 22(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), commenced, or caused to have commenced, construction on two new homes in Cluculz Lake, BC (the “New Homes”), between the period of, or about, March 18, 2016, and August 12, 2019, without being a BC Housing (“BCH”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”) and without each of the New Homes being registered for coverage by home warranty insurance (“HWI”) provided by a warranty provider.

Garth Koberg

Garth Koberg (“Koberg”), contrary to sections 14(1) and 22(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), built a new home in Victoria, B.C. (the “New Home”), during the period of, or about, April 27, 2015, and January 26, 2016, without being a BC Housing (“BCH”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”) and without the New Home being registered for coverage by home warranty insurance (“HWI”) provided by a warranty provider. On March 7, 2018, Koberg was issued Compliance Order 18-0018.

Jan Romanik and Teresa Romanik

Jan Romanik (“J.Romanik”) and Teresa Romanik (“T.Romanik”) (together, “the Romaniks”), contrary to sections 14(1) and 22(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), built or caused to have built a new home in West Kelowna, B.C. (the “New Home”), during the period of, or about, May 8, 2014, and March 21, 2017, without being a BC Housing (“BCH”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”) and without the New Home being registered for coverage by home warranty insurance (“HWI”) provided by a warranty provider.

Kelly Lynne Cooper

Kelly Lynne Cooper (“K. Cooper”) became the sole registered owner of a new coach home that was built in North Vancouver, B.C. (the “New Coach Home”), between the period of, or about, January 18, 2016, and October 27, 2017, without the New Coach Home being registered for coverage by home warranty insurance (“HWI”) provided by a warranty provider, contrary to section 22(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”). On May 4, 2018, BC Housing (“BCH”) issued Compliance Order 18-0035 (“CO”) to K. Cooper. On May 30, 2018, BCH issued Amended Compliance Order 18-0035-1 to K.

Nicola McCalman Lamorte

Nicola McCalman Lamorte (“Lamorte”), contrary to section 22(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), caused to have built a new home in Victoria, B.C. (the “New Home”), between the period of, or about, April 27, 2015, and January 26, 2016, without the New Home being registered for coverage by home warranty insurance (“HWI”) provided by a warranty provider. On March 6, 2018, Lamorte was issued Compliance Order 18-0017. On March 16, 2018, BCH issued Amended Compliance Order 18-0017-1 to Lamorte changing the civic address of the New Home and directing that Lamorte:

Woojung Chung

Woojung Chung (“W. Chung”), contrary to section 14(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), built or caused to have built a new home in West Vancouver, BC (the “New Home”), during the period of, or about, June 2, 2017, and January 17, 2020, without being a BC Housing (“BCH”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”), and without the New Home being registered for coverage by home warranty insurance (“HWI”) since the New Home was de-enrolled from HWI coverage on June 5, 2018, contrary to section 22(1) of the Act.
