Marston”), contrary to sections 22(1) and 22(1.1)(a) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), constructed or caused to have constructed a new carriage home in Nanoose Bay, BC (the “New Home”), between the period of, or about, July 6, 2015, and August 4, 2015, and sold the New Home on, or about, August 4, 2015, without the New Home being registered for coverage by home warranty insurance (“HWI”) provided by a warranty provider.

Ltd. (“910713 Ltd.”) and Gurdeep Kainth (“Kainth”), contrary to section 14(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), conducted the business of a residential builder without being a Homeowner Protection Office (“HPO”) Licensed Residential Builder (“LRB”) and offered/ marketed for sale 5 new homes in North Vancouver, BC (collectively, the “New Homes”), between the dates October 17, 2012, and November 5, 2012, and between the dates March 6, 2013, and April 9, 2013.

0968709 B.C. Ltd. (“0968709”) and Paul Davis (“Davis”), contrary to section 14(1) of the Homeowner Protection Act (the “Act”), conducted the business of a residential builder without a valid BC Housing (“BCH”) Residential Builder Licence between the period of, or about, September 4, 2018, and April 17, 2019, regarding three new homes in Victoria, BC.
